Legacy AFI App Troubleshooting: Can't Log In
Instructions to troubleshoot login issues related to the Advanced Facility Inspections mobile app.

Legacy Application
The Titan Cloud AFI mobile app no longer supports software updates and will be fully deprecated in the future. While the legacy app may still be used at this time, we strongly recommend that all inspectors adopt the NEW Titan Cloud Go Mobile App to take advantage of:
- More intuitive user interface for Advanced Facility Inspections
- Bulk photo upload
- More reliable offline sync
- Expanded functionality
- Single login for inspectors across multiple clients
A Titan Cloud User account is required to access the AFI mobile app. Additionally, the role must be configured with the following two permissions.
1 - The user's Role must have Advanced Facility Inspections permissions enabled in the General tab.
2 - The user's Role must have “Mobile App - Advanced Facility Inspections” access enabled in the API Permissions tab.
If you do not have access to the Administrative Console to check these settings, please reach out to your company's Titan Cloud admin for assistance.
