Confirmation ID Credit Check
Learn how to use an SAP or PDIE integration to run a credit check on manually created DRs.
The Confirmation ID Credit Check will place manually created DRs into a held queue while the integrated back office system (SAP or PDIE) runs a credit check for the estimated cost of the order.
Tip: Confirmation ID Credit Check can be enabled from the Settings & Preferences page by toggling Enable Credit Check to ON and selecting SAP or PDIE as the service provider. An integration with the selected provider is required.

The Confirmation ID Credit Check feature only applies to manually created DRs.
When enabled, the form to manually create an order includes a field for Indicative Price. The estimated price per gallon must be entered here.

When you click Submit to create the order, the DR will be queued for credit check approval.

A hand icon in the page header will indicate the number of queued DRs. Clicking on this icon will open the queue, displaying the details and status of all orders currently on hold.
Possible Statuses include:
- Pending Credit Approval: The credit check is in progress.
- Force Ignored: A user with permissions to do so has manually ignored the credit check by uploading a confirmation document.
- Force Approved: A user with permissions to do so has manually approved the credit check by uploading a confirmation document.
- Invalid Mapping: The back office integration is not operating due to configuration issues. Please reach out to your CSM for assistance.
When a credit check is cleared, the DR will move out of the Held DR Queue and into the DSB automatically.
