Learn to use the BOL Entry page to manually input fuel delivery amounts for Inventory Variance calculations.

Make a New BOL Entry Archived Date Entry

To manually add delivery amounts for use in Inventory Variance calculation, first navigate to the desired facility. In the facility menu, click Inventory Variance and BOL Entry.  

Make a New BOL Entry

The BOL Entry page defaults to today's date. A reminder at the top of the page notes the date in bold. 

Enter the BOL Delivery Amount for each product as applicable and click Save.

Tip: If a fuel delivery was detected by the ATG on the selected date, the BOL Delivery Amount for that product will be required. 

 

 

Archived Date Entry

To view or update a previous day's entry, click the calendar icon to select a new date.

Tip: Make sure the date matches the bolded date in the header before entering new values. 

 

Enter values as applicable and click Save.
