Improvements & Enhancements

Data Import: We have added "NEO Site ID" and "NEO Tank ID" fields to bulk import processes. We have also improved how country and state/province fields are validated.

End User Agreement: We updated the Titan Cloud End User Agreement on March 30. You may review a copy here. 

Reports: We have added a "Truck Mileage" column to the Work Order Summary (All Details) report.

Bug Fixes

Alarm Triage: We resolved an issue where Cross Delivery alarms are not displaying Device ID/Description as expected.

Data Import Template: Facility Group will now update as expected for the selected facility.

Important Dates: We fixed an issue where the Testing tab was not loading successfully for all clients.

Reports: We resolved an issue where the Yearly Summary Report for Release Detection and the Yearly Compliance Report were not displaying inconclusive results consistently.

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles: 

Edge Release 26.08 (04/21/2026)

• Activity Log: An optional column for State will be added and column selections will be retained.
• ATG Configuration: We are removing the option to configure polling via Dial Up Modem.
• Reports: A new report will compare Release Detection results entered manually vs. polled from the ATG. 

Q2 2026

• ATG Configuration Sync: We are working towards an initiative to apply configuration details polled from a site's ATG to eligible UI baseline fields site wide including Tanks, Probes, Line Setup, Sensor Setup, and Facility Profile.
• NEW Mobile App: Our new mobile app for Advanced Facility Inspections, Titan Cloud Go is live and will be rolling out to users. Learn more about our new app here!
• Titan Maintenance: We are working on a seamless integration between Titan Cloud Edge and Titan Maintenance. More information to come!
