1. Multi-Assign (Right-Click to Assign)
You can now select multiple orders and right-click to Multi-Assign them to a Driver or Carrier — no more assigning one by one.
This update introduces flexibility:
- Right-Click Multi-Assign: Select a few or many orders, right-click, and assign to the driver or carrier in one step.
- Drag-and-Drop: Continue using drag-and-drop if that’s your preferred workflow — both options work seamlessly together. Simply click and drag from the blue highlighted area in the Priority column
- Load Indicators: If a Driver or Carrier already has Dispatch Requests assigned, the Load now includes a visual count indicator (ex: (3)) showing how many DRs are already associated.

For Carriers, the system automatically creates each load, allowing you to dispatch a few, many, or all at once.
Coming Soon: In an upcoming release, we'll extend load indicators to appear next to each Driver and Carrier name. This will display how many loads they currently have with DRs, helping dispatchers quickly balance assignments across multiple drivers and carriers.
Benefits
- Faster, more flexible dispatching
- Compatible with both Grid and Stacked views
- Works seamlessly with filters and multi-select
- Saves significant time during high-volume scheduling
Note: If you assign to a driver name without selecting a load, the order temporarily appears at the end of the queue (“New Load” position). This will be resolved in an upcoming release to automatically take the next available load without Delivery Requests (DRs).
2. Delivery Queue – New Grid View
The Delivery Queue now offers a new Grid View, giving you a faster and more flexible way to manage orders.
Switch between the new Grid and the classic Stacked view anytime using the new View icon. Your preference will automatically save for next time.

Coming Soon: Grid View will be added to the Loads tab.
Grid View Benefits
- Action icons such as Edit & Delete have been moved to the left, under the vertical three-dot icon to streamline actioning.
- Sort & filter any column
- Export to CSV
- Turn columns on/off using the eye icon (preferences persist between logins and views)
- Global search across all columns
- Quick “clear sort & filters” option (x at far left)
- Works perfectly with the new Multi-Assign feature — filter, select, right-click, and assign.
Priority Column Enhancements
- Drag and drop is still available! Use the area with the blue background in the Priority column.
- The Priority column can now be sorted. The order from highest to lowest is: Must Go, Manually Created, Should Go, Could Go.

3. Split Load Creation on Carrier View
You can now create Split Loads directly from the Carrier View — even when both locations share the same product.
How it works
- Check Enable Multi-Location Assignment
- Select your loads (or check the box first, then select your loads)
- Right-click and assign the carrier/load position
The checkbox automatically unchecks after assigning, signaling that a split load has been created.

You can also use drag-and-drop to create a split load while the box is checked:
- Click the blue highlighted area to drag from the DSB Queue onto a load that is already assigned
- Move one load position onto another to combine
- Drag and drop onto another load to separate an existing split load
4. Performance Improvements
We’ve made major optimizations to the DSB screen for faster load times between assignments.
You should notice improved responsiveness immediately, and additional performance gains are planned in upcoming releases
We’d love your feedback
These updates were designed to streamline dispatching and give you more control over your scheduling workflow.
