Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Note: This release was postponed to Thursday, January 29.

Improvements & Enhancements

Driver App: Workflows utilizing the new Supply Management module will now require drivers to complete an "Additional Services Incurred" form to document accessorial fees upon delivery completion.

Freight Rates: We're simplifying the process to create P2P freight tables by making assumed miles and rates optional fields. Users may also now leave fields blank to indicate a zero value. Additionally, the Accessorial and Fuel Surcharge tables now include options to specify account type (AR, AP, both) and more.

Invoicing: When creating or updating an invoice manually or via completed delivery in the driver app, the system now fetches the most recently created freight rate table by Terminal + Location + Product. Users creating the invoice manually may select a different option if needed.

Bug Fixes

Driver App: We're fixing an issue where Water Dip is not permitting a "0" (zero) value.

Inventory Details: We're fixing an issue where columns are not sorting as expected.

Invoicing & Load Review: We're fixing issues where images and accessorial fee information are not consistently displaying for completed invoices in new Supply Management workflows.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

TFX Release 26.02 (02/11/2026)

  • Activity Report: Columns will be renamed for improved clarity.
  • DSB: Loads brokered by a supplier will retain their original Load ID and grouping. This behavior will be consistent across single-load and split-load scenarios.
  • Freight: Users will be able to audit when freight rates were updated.
  • General: We are adding a product family for Diesel Exhaust Fluid.

Q1 2026

  • Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements: Early adopters of the new Supply Management module can now dispatch orders without first painstakingly documenting each contract. We are continuing to develop enhancements related to this process, including better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more and opt in!

Note: Roadmap items are subject to change.
