Asset Configuration Pre-Requirements
Learn the setup steps required for managing Assets in Titan Maintenance.

Before creating or updating Assets, ensure the following configurations are in place.
Tip: Placeholder values (e.g. `---`) may be populated for ease of use during implementation and training. Please keep in mind that certain features in the platform, like warranty, are only available when valid details are included in the Asset, so we recommend keeping these lists as accurate as possible!
Asset Profiles
At least one Asset Profile must be configured.
Open the System menu and select Asset Profiles.
Use the Actions menu to update an existing Asset Profile or click Create to add a new Asset Profile.
Asset Matrices
At least one Asset Matrix must be configured.
Open the System menu and select Matrices. Then, click the Asset tab to manage or create one or more Asset matrices.
Reactive Matrices
At least one Reactive Matrix must be configured and mapped to an Asset Matrix.
Navigate to System > Matrices > Reactive
Then, use the Action button to select Map to Asset Matrix.
Manufacturer List
Manufacturers must be predefined and linked to suppliers under Manage > Companies.
Model List Setup
Models must be added and linked to the appropriate Asset Matrix under Manage > Model Summary.
