Depending on your level of permissions, individual uploaded files include various options including view, edit details, delete, link to another area, cut, replace, and manage document security.

Reactive Tasks

The Reactive Tasks tab contains the Task Summary of reactive tasks specific to the site. Tasks can easily be created, actioned, or edited from this tab.

Notes

Any notes added in the Notes tab will appear throughout all stages of a task related to this site. Validity periods may be defined using the Start and End Date fields.

Notes marked with a Warning will add a flag to the site, which will be visible in the Site Details and at all stages of a Task associated with the site.

Clicking the warning flag will display the note.

Tip: The options listed in the Safety Hazards tab are managed in System > Reference Lists > Health and Safety.
