Overview
Scheduled Tasks in Titan Maintenance are complex work orders that are pre-planned to occur at regular or predefined intervals. When a scheduled program is in place, the system will automatically generate these tasks. It is the supplier’s responsibility to update the status of each task upon completion or attendance.
These tasks can be viewed in the Task Summary Page, where they will be clearly labeled as Scheduled. Each task includes all relevant details required for tracking and managing the scheduled service.
Recurring Tasks: Simple tasks scheduled to generate on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for frequent checks. These use the same model as Reactive tasks.
Scheduled Tasks: Complex work orders pre-configured to auto-generate on a schedule for planned maintenance and inspections
How to Identify Scheduled Tasks
To quickly locate and manage Scheduled Tasks, click the Change Columns & Additional Filters icon at the top right of the grid, then click the filter icon next to Type in the dropdown menu.

In the Incident Type search field, search for and select Scheduled Tasks.
Then, click Add & Apply filter.

Tip: Click the Save icon to save this filter configuration for next time!

Additional columns that may help identify scheduled tasks include:
- Template Name: This filter indicates the type or nature of the scheduled task. For example, it may reference tasks like 'Monthly HVAC Maintenance' or 'Quarterly Fire Alarm Test.'
- Scheduled Commence Date: This refers to the date the contractor is expected to attend and perform the task.
Review a Scheduled Task
When opened, Scheduled Tasks look much like Reactive Tasks, but include a preview of the specific instructions configured to populate when the task is generated.

Tip: Users with appropriate permissions will see an additional tab, Inspection, that includes the full task details and response fields.
