Gauges in the Franklin Fueling EVO series can be set up to poll data in VR mode, or in the native XML mode. If your site uses an EVO ATG, we strongly recommend utilizing the native XML mode, as this optimizes the amount and quality of data we can retrieve for you to manage in Titan Cloud.

If your gauge is already set to VR mode, you can reset it to native XML using the Web Connect feature in Titan Cloud.

These instructions assume Web Connect has already been enabled for the facility. If this has not yet been done, please review this resource.

Step 1: From the facility page, select ATG Web Connect in the left side navigation menu under ATG Management.

Step 2: Log in to ATG Web Connect. Unless configured otherwise, use the default credentials below.

User: admin

Password: admin

Step 3: Click the Settings menu item, and select Configuration from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: The Configuration page is organized into collapsed groups. Rather than clicking the checkbox next to the items on the list, you will need to expand a series of sub-groups by clicking on the word or “>>” symbol.

To find the correct parameters, expand the following groups in this sequence:

  1. Communications
  2. Protocols
  3. TSA Web Service

Step 5: To the right of “TSA Web Service,” you should see “Enabled” and “No.” Click on “No” to open a drop-down menu, and select “Yes.”

Step 6: The available options in the Parameter Value cell should dynamically adjust to match your selection. Update the values to match the following:

Enabled: Yes

Protocol: HTTPS

Require Guest Access Level Password: No

Enable Administrator Access Level: No

Truncate Timestamp Fractional Seconds: No

Step 7: Scroll to the top of the page and click Save.  As the configuration updates are made to the ATG, you will see the page refresh. This will take a few seconds - do not navigate away from the page!

When the changes have been finalized, you'll be routed back to the ATG Web Connect login page.
