These updates will be available in the Titan Cloud Edge platform after Tuesday, September 8 at 9 PM ET. No action is required on your end (unless noted).
The Titan Cloud Edge platform has a maintenance window of up to 2 hours. Users will not be able to access the software during maintenance; however, ATG data collection and inventory readings will continue.
Due to additional scheduled maintenance, users may experience an additional 2 hours of delayed processing.
Improvements & Enhancements
Affiliate Structure: Clients with parent/child account structures can now access data at multiple levels simultaneously when logged in as a top-level user. This applies to the Client/Facility Lists, Global Dashboard, Global Inventory, Alarm Triage Dashboard
ATG Configuration Auto-Sync (in beta): Account Settings better reflect the currently available options for Auto-Sync.
Global Dashboard: A new widget called Network Inventory has been added to explore inventory data. While most widgets on the Global Dashboard (My Dashboard) only apply to HD Alarms, this widget contains inventory data for any connected tank.
Bug Fixes
Activity Log: Inspection activities will appear as expected on the Open Activities page in Standard View.
Configuration Management: Product Limit and Tank Chart updates will sync to the database as expected.
HD Alarm Notifications: HD alarms will be available for notification configuration when enabled through the applicable SLA Alarm Profile.
HD Dashboards: The HD Alarms present in the Alarm Triage will display as expected in widgets on the Facility and Global Dashboard.
Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list.

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:
Scheduled Maintenance (09/15/2026):
- Users may experience up to 4 hours of delayed processing after 9 PM ET.
Edge Release 26.19 (09/22/2026)
- Bug Fixes: Issues related to Delivery Planning data, Activity Templates, Advanced Facility Inspections, Release Detection Summary, Tank & Line Profile, and ATG Terminal Emulator will be resolved.
- Titan Cloud Go: Improvements to offline sync performance and in-app messaging will prevent data/photo loss.
Q3 2026
- Authentication & Site Security (in progress): We will be requiring all newly created user passwords to meet specific complexity requirements. Customers using the custom Password Policy feature can expect communication regarding potential impacts and an expected timeline.
- Titan Cloud Go (available now): Our new mobile app was built for on-site visual inspections, but we are expanding functionality to include easy mobile access to Tank Inventory, Container Waste, and more. Learn more here!
- ATG Configuration Auto-Sync (in beta): Early adopters can now apply configuration details polled from a site's ATG to eligible UI baseline fields site wide including Tanks, Probes, Line Setup, Sensor Setup, and Facility Profile.
- Titan Maintenance Integration (in beta): We are building a seamless integration between Titan Cloud Edge and Titan Maintenance. Early adopters can now create Titan Maintenance work orders from within the Activity Log page in Edge.
- Fuel Analytics (in progress): Several initiatives are underway to support forecourt hardware data ingestion and to support customer migration from legacy systems.
