How to Configure the Universal Dispatch & Logistics Module
Learn how to set up the Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB), Mass Dispatch, and Load Optimizer tools.

From the Supplier dashboard, navigate to the Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB) by clicking the Universal Dispatch & Logistics tile or by selecting Dispatch Schedule Builder in the Main Menu.

Click the tools icon to open the DSB tools, then select the << Dispatch Tile Settings icon.

Tip: Users without access to the Dispatch Tile Settings may still be able to manage Drivers, Trailers and Tractors for use in the DSB. Please see this article for alternate instructions: Setup Drivers, Trailers, and Tractors
General Settings
Click General Settings to view and manage default user settings for the DSB.

Tip: If users should have access to the DSB and the Mass Dispatch dashboard, make sure to select Both under Dashboard Preference! We also recommend enabling Reason Codes as a best practice, especially when utilizing Mass Dispatch.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm any changes.
Dispatch Setup
The Dispatch Setup section contains tabs to manage Trailers, Drivers, Regions, and Shifts.
In each tab, complete the form at the top of the page to add a new item. Click Add to save and add the item to the grid below.
Existing items can be managed using the pencil edit icon or the delete icon.

LTL Load Optimizer Setup
The LTL Load Optimizer Setup section contains tabs to manage General Load Optimizer settings, Business Sector Unloading Time, Loading Time, and Trailer Flow Rates.
To activate the load optimizer, open the General Setup tab and toggle the Enable Load Optimizer setting to the ON position. Then, click Save to confirm.
