Drivers Manage Driver Schedule Trailers/Tractors

In order to assign Delivery Request Orders for dispatch in the Dispatch Schedule Builder tool, at least one driver and trailer/tractor must be created and available.

Tip: Depending on your access permissions, you may also be able to manage Drivers and Trailers along with other DSB settings using DSB tools.

Drivers

Users with access to the Drivers page can add new drivers, manage driver schedules, add or edit driver start and end points, mark drivers as active/inactive, and send password reset emails to existing drivers.

To open the Drivers page, click the gear Settings icon and select Drivers.

To invite a new driver, click Add Driver.

Complete all required fields in the form and click Submit.

This will add the driver to the Invited grid. Once the driver has accepted the email invitation, they will appear in the Onboarded grid.

Click on any driver's name to edit their details (ex: update license expiration date).

Scroll all the way to the right in the Onboarded grid to mark drivers as active.

Manage Driver Schedule

At the top of the Drivers page, click the Schedules tab to open the driver scheduling tool.

Click Add Schedule to add a new schedule from scratch.

Complete the form and click Submit.

To add time when a driver will be off, click Time-off. This will not impact the driver's recurring schedule, but will remove their availability from the DSB for the designated days.

To view or manage existing schedules, use the dropdown menu at the top left to select one or more drivers. Click on any day to see that day's existing schedule or time-off for the selected driver(s).

You can edit an existing schedule or time-off by clicking the pencil edit icon in the Action column.

Trailers/Tractors

Click the three lines to open the Main Menu and select Trailers / Tractors.

To add a new trailer, click Create Trailer. Complete the form, then click Submit.

Once a trailer has been added to the grid, it can be edited using the pencil edit icon in the Action column, all the way to the right.

To add a new tractor, click Create Tractor. Complete the form, then click Submit.

Tip: To populate as an available option in the DSB, you must select at least one type of Compatible Trailer and assign at least one Driver.

Once a tractor has been added to the grid, it can be edited using the pencil edit icon in the Action column, all the way to the right.
