The Mass Dispatch dashboard is a version of the Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB) that allows Suppliers to manage orders in bulk across multiple regions with one click.

Navigate to Mass Dispatch

From the Supplier home page, click the Universal Dispatch & Logistics tile and toggle to the Mass Dispatch view. 

OR click the three lines to open the main menu and select Mass Dispatch.

 

 

 

View Orders

In addition to the Filters at the top of the page, Orders or Loads may be viewed by Pending or Published, and may be Grouped by Carrier, Destination Site, Terminal, Terminal Supplier, Product Grade, or State. 

When a group is selected, a summary of details is provided.

Create Orders

Just like the Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB), orders may also be created manually by clicking the Create DR button or navigating to the Location View.

Mass Update 

The benefit of using the Mass Dispatch page is the ability to manage orders in bulk.

Use the checkboxes to select orders to manage in bulk. They may be selected individually, or if orders are grouped, you can select all orders in a specific group.

Then, click the Action button to Publish, Edit, Export, or Delete all selected orders.

Tip: When Edit is selected, use the blue section at the top of the screen to make changes that apply to all selected DRs. Orders may also be edited individually in the white section below.
