TrueFill Driver Mobile App
Learn to use the TrueFill Driver Mobile App to help dispatchers accurately track delivery progress.

The TrueFill Driver App allows delivery drivers to seamlessly and immediately connect fuel deliveries to Titan Logistics (TFX).
If you have not already downloaded the app to your mobile device, you may do so from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

🔐 1. Logging In
Open the TrueFill mobile app.
Enter your username and password.
Tap Login to access the home screen.

If missed deliveries are present, you will be prompted to complete them.

⏰ 2. Starting Your Shift
From the home screen, tap Start Shift and Accept each load.

Look for the “i” icon in the top-right corner — this indicates notes are available.
Tap the icon to read notes.

Tap anywhere else on the screen to exit the note view.
📦 3. Starting a Load
Tap Lift to begin.
Tap Navigate to Pick Up to get directions.

🚛 4. At the Terminal: Begin Pick Up
Upon arrival at the terminal, tap Arrived at Pick Up.
Note: The app relies on geofenced data and will display an alert if the driver taps “Arrived at Pick Up” and is not at the assigned pickup location.
Tap Add BOL/Lift.

Prior to entering BOL details, the driver will see supplier load codes assigned to the order.

Select the correct supplier and load code, then enter the following:
- BOL number
- Gross gallons
- Net gallons
- (Optional) Tap Take Photo to capture the BOL.
Tap Submit.
To review or change details, tap View/Edit BOL.
📍 5. Navigate to Drop Location
Tap Go to Drop.
Choose to skip navigation or navigate.

🛢 6. Completing the Drop
Upon arrival, tap Drop to complete the delivery.
Based on configurable settings, the driver may be required to provide some or all of the following:
- Delivery PO number
- APOD number
- Pre and post dip values
- Image of drop ticket
- Image of signature

Tap Complete Drop.

✅ This marks the load as Completed and if applicable, removes it from the "Missed" column.
Tip: If the load is marked as Completed when your device is offline, red text will indicate that the delivery is pending full or partial sync with the TFX server. It will sync automatically when your device reconnects.

❗ 7. Completing a Missed Delivery
If a load was missed, select it and tap Complete.
Fill in all required information, including the Start and End times for both Pickup and Drop.
Upload any required images and tap Complete Drop.
Confirmation will display: "Good job! Job has completed successfully."
✅ 8. Checking Completed Loads
Tap Completed to view all completed deliveries.
Tap Pending to start the next one:
Tap Accept → Read notes → Tap OK
Continue the process as outlined: Lift → Add BOL → Go to Drop → Complete Drop
📌 Additional Notes
- Geo-fencing may prevent certain actions outside the terminal location (e.g., during training).
- Photo capture requirements (BOL, drop image, signature) may vary by client settings.
- Editable fields allow for correction of volumes in case of discrepancies.
