If the client exists in both Titan Logistics (TFX) and Titan Cloud Edge, tank inventory data captured in Edge can be synced to display in both platforms. 

First, make sure the Tank has been configured in Titan Cloud Edge, and the corresponding Customer and Location have been added to Titan Logistics.

Next, on the Supplier homepage on the Titan Logistics platform, select the Customer Set Up tile. 

Alternately, “My Customers” can be selected from the main menu. 

To locate the tank you wish you sync, first click the Customer Name, then Location Name. 

On the Location Details screen, verify that the Third Party Location ID matches the Facility ID in Titan Cloud Edge.

Tip: The Facility ID in Titan Cloud Edge is in the web address for that facility.

 

 

Then, click the Tank Details tab and select (or create) the tank. 

In the Inventory Capture Method dropdown, select TitanCloud. Then make sure the Titan Cloud Tank ID value matches the ATG ID for the tank in Titan Cloud Edge.
