What’s new in Titan Maintenance v44.2.0? (February 2026)
Table of Contents
We are pleased to announce the release of Titan Maintenance v44.2.0. The date of this release is 22 February 2026.
Here’s what’s in the latest release:
Scheduled Tasks by Asset
Customers can create a scheduled task template by asset and apply the template to individual assets or, in bulk, to multiple assets.
Previously, scheduled task functionality generated work orders at the site level. A single work order could contain instructions for multiple assets. Now, with Scheduled Tasks by Asset, a scheduled work order is raised for each asset. This enriches asset data and provides a transparent maintenance history by asset.
How to create a scheduled task template
To begin, go to Manage > Scheduled Tasks > Configuration.
Select the tab ‘Templates by Asset’.

You will be presented with a ‘Create Schedule’ screen.
Complete the Details section first. Note that fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory.
Then, using the filters in the Search Assets section, specify which assets the template applies to.
Note: the asset search filter will return a maximum of 100 assets at a time to avoid large volume searches. Click Select All followed by Load More to return the next set of 100, and so on.
Click the green Save button when complete.
In the list of specified assets, select the chosen supplier, frequency of task and start date, by individual asset, using the in-line dropdown options:
Or in bulk, using the top line dropdown options, then click Update Selected:
Finally, click the green Save button. The system will generate work orders according to the selected Frequency.
Notes:
- Selecting GL Code and Chargeability at the asset level will override the GL Code/Chargeability selected when creating the template.
- When applying supplier, frequency etc. in bulk, it is also possible to exclude assets. Check the box to the left of Asset to select all assets, then uncheck those assets that require a different supplier, frequency etc. Specify the supplier, frequency etc. for those assets, then click the green Save button.
