Learn how to add custom products for use in dispatch, invoices, etc.

Custom Products
While Titan Logistics includes a wide variety of standard product types, some clients choose to add custom products to the platform for use in dispatch, invoicing, and other features.
To manage custom products, click the gear icon at the top right of the page and select Custom Products.

Don't see it?
In order to manage custom products in Titan Logistics, the Custom Product feature must be enabled by an admin with access to Preference & Feature Setting.
If you have access to do so, click the gear icon at the top right corner of the screen and select Preference & Feature Setting.

In the Feature Setting tab, toggle the Custom Product tile into the ON position.

Add New Custom Product
The View Custom Products tab contains existing custom products added by your company. To create a new custom product from scratch, click Add New Custom Product.

Edit Existing Products
Any custom product under the View Custom Products tab can be edited by clicking the pencil edit icon.
The View TrueFill Products tab contains a list of all default products built into Titan Logistics. These may not be edited, however, you may select Move To Custom Product to create a new custom product based on that product.

Note: Edits made to existing products will not impact past actions in Titan Logistics. Changes are only applied to products selected in the future.
