New & Improved
API: The Create/Update Carrier Order API process has been enhanced with better data validation.
Driver App: We have added DRID, Delivery PO #, and Notes to the Print Load Details view. We have also added a setting to enable/disable lift volume entered in compartments that may be configured on the Preferences & Settings page.
DSB: As part of our initiative to overhaul the DSB for enhanced usability, we have added a new Grid View option with customizable columns, granular filtering, and bulk actions. Learn more here!
DSB: Multi-select/split load functionality is expanded to include multi-section considerations, both for the Supplier and Carrier view. This will accommodate scenarios like pump outs where the same trailer will be used for the service request and a delivery at the same location. Learn more here!
LTL Optimizer: Multiple drops at the same location will be grouped as a single stop in the planning stage
RentalMan Integration: Contract Number has been added to Activity List based on the TransID value received via API.
Bug Fixes
CCD: We've fixed an issue where an extra fuel type is displaying under kerosene.
DSB: We've fixed an issue where recurring DRs are intermittently unable to be deleted and an issue where DRs incorrectly display on the Loads tab.
DSB (Carrier View): We've fixed an issue where pickup points are not displaying as expected.
My Carriers: We've fixed an issue where Buyer and Supplier companies are being accepted as Carriers via bulk upload.

What’s Next for Supply & Logistics
Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:
Logistics Release 25.20
Buyer Invoice: We will be allowing users to change TEMP invoices to NON-PO, which will make invoices/DDTs under the PO non-editable.
Branding: We’ll be updating our site branding to include the Titan Cloud logo.
Carrier View: We’ll be reinstating Region selection for first-time dispatch.
CCD: We will add a new column for “Supplier Region” to the Carrier View.
Supply Management: We are adding a new Assign Contracts page to make it easier to assign Buy Contracts, Customer Locations, and Products in one place using an “apply to selected” function.
Contracts: As part of our initiative to simplify contract creation and assignment, we will be applying enhancements to the Carrier Assignment page, the Freight Contracts page, and to the rental business contract workflow. We will also be further building out the new Assign Contracts page to include tabs for future and historical contracts.
LTL: We will add Representative ID to the data request.
Bug Fixes: We will be addressing an issue with multi-select functionality in the DSB carrier view, an issue with assigning newly onboarded Drivers to Regions, a Supplier Invoice page error, an issue with the mass tank updater, a validation issue on the My Customers page, and a Driver Mobile App issue where the load switches unexpectedly.
