How to Assign & Activate Terminals
Learn to use the Terminals / Bulk Plants page to assign and activate the Terminals available for a Supplier account.
Table of Contents
Assigning Terminals to a Supplier account ensures that only the Terminals the Supplier actively uses are available within the Titan Logistics platform.
Tip: This process is required as part of Supplier onboarding, but may need to be revisited periodically by the Supplier to add or deactivate terminals.
View Terminals
Click the three lines to open the main menu, then search for and select Terminals and Bulk Plants.

The page displays the Terminals and Bulk Plants available within the Titan Logistics platform. To locate Terminals, ensure the toggle above the map is set to Terminals.

Clicking the “Show Utilized Only” toggle below the map will display only the Terminals currently assigned to the Supplier.
Assign New Terminals
Ensure “Show Utilized Only" is set to OFF to browse all available Terminals.

Use the Search field to locate Terminals by IRS Terminal Name or Terminal Control Number (TCN).
Tip: The TCN is a unique terminal identifier used by the IRS.
To assign a Terminal, check the box in the Utilization column.

If users within the Supplier organization use a different name for the Terminal, enter that name in the Display Name column. This will update how the Terminal appears throughout the Titan Logistics platform.

Click Save to save changes.
You can verify the update by toggling “Show Utilized Only” to ON to see the newly assigned Terminal on the list of results.
Deactivate Terminals
Toggle “Show Utilized Only” to ON to display only the Terminals currently assigned to the Supplier.
Where applicable, de-select the checkbox in the Utilization column and click Save.
